About this house sitting position in Hillcrest

My home is a villa with 2 bedrooms and a study, an open plan living area, one bathroom and a single garage and has reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a large outdoor area under cover with a small Bbq in a lovely garden setting. I have a cat to be fed. The garden is largely self sufficient, requiring watering once a week, if hot, with a watering system although it is not automatic. There are, however, quite a few pots that require more regular watering. All amenities are close by and the city is about 15 minutes away.
