Modest 1950s double-brick home, large veranda and plenty of outside seating with beautiful views over River Derwent and Kanunyi.
Wood heating and panel heaters for extra warmth when needed.
Resident flock of Australorp chooks with Peter the Rooster, all friendly and settled.
Two bowls of indoor goldfish.
Possibly a dog but she is usually with us.
Veggie garden.
NB: The driveway is quite long and steep with a sharp corner at the top, and there is no space for turning. This means only cars, utes and small camper-vans can be accommodated. Anything larger could be left at the bottom of the driveway and this can be discussed
