two bedroom one bathroom ,modern kitchen ,living area, front yard easy care native garden back yard is lawn and nice garden area with big gazebo and shed.all is on irrigation.there is one dog a nz collie called ted who loves swimming and walking along the beach wich is 5 min walk away on beatifull south coast.shops pub everything you need is walking distance of 5 min.
