About this house sitting position in HORNSBY

We are looking for someone to look after our 18yo cat and the garden/plants. Daily requirements are feeding the cat morning and night, giving her attention and cleaning out the kitty litter. Collecting mail and daily watering of the garden and plants if it doesn't rain are also required. Your time will mostly be your own otherwise. Our home is a 3brm, 2 storey townhouse with a small yard, in a group of 3 with friendly neighbours. We are 10-15 minute walk from the train station (two main lines, 40 mins to the city), shops (local and a Westfield) and other amenities (cafes, public swimming pool, bush walks). We would like to meet in person beforehand if possible to explain routines etc (full instructions will also be left in a booklet).
