Wake to the sounds of the bush every morning with many bird calls from Leather Neck honey eaters, Grey Shrike Thrush, Whip Birds and many more. High block Queenslander on 25 acres of Spotted Gum, Iron Bark, many different rain forest and soft wood scrub trees. We have a garden that will probably need water and one smallish dog that will need some love and some tucker. Domestic water from 2 large rainwater tanks that still have adequate supplies. Limited creek water from water hole in the creek for some garden. 25 km from GinGin which has hospital, doctors, Super IGA supermarket, 2 bakeries, two butcher shops. Servos etc. Golf club and Bowls club. 75 km from Bundaberg which is a major regional city. Prefer sitter with own caravan/motor home.
