About this house sitting position in Hughes
We are going away for two and a half months to Europe need a special person/people to care for our needy rescue kelpie X puppy Aki (1 year) and our cranky but equally clingy 17 year-old cat Merry. Some who has cared for animals with abandonment issues would be perfect! Please only apply if you will be around during the day and able to walk Aki twice a day. We have a four bedroom home with large garden (minor hand watering required, mainly on an automated watering system). You will be able to get most of your veggies and all your eggs from our garden. We'll also need you to check our chooks' feed and water. You'll be able to use our Broadband Internet connection and enjoy cooking in our recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen or firepit in our walled garden sitting area. We live close to public transport and only a 10 minute drive to the city and Canberra's major attractions (galleries, museums, etc).
We'll be leaving on the morning of the 31st August 2020 and back on the afternoon of the 16th November.
