About this house sitting position in Innaloo

I have a brand new low maintenance unit in a complex of only 4, suitable for either a single or a couple to house sit (there are 2 bedrooms but only 1 bed!). The dates I am requiring somebody will be from the 21st December to the 4th January, and the reason is really to look after my precious dog Jessie.

Jessie is a rescue dog, and at best guess is a kelpie cross. She is around 11 years old, and so although she does need a walk or an outing to burn off some energy every day, it only takes 20 to 30 minutes to really wear her out. The rest of the time she relaxes happily on her bed in the courtyard, or if I am home, in the house with me. She is very much a "people" dog, so whoever house sits would need to be OK with having her inside with them, including at night time. She is very gentle and sweet and loves lots of treats and lots of cuddles.

There is a big dog friendly park at the end of my street which she loves to run around in which makes exercise time really easy.
