“This sit in ACT, was a delightful time for me. The property: home was very easy to live in, comfortable and organised, easy to keep clean. The outside area: no lawn, lots of garden, decking and wood chips. An odd weed popped up here and there, few stray weeds in the main garden and some flower dead heading, all easy. PET: Most important! A delightful, polite, older cat. Her own cat door, did get some use, but it's much more fun, standing at the human door, and staring! AREA: Outer suburb of Canberra, but it is about 30 min from one side of the city to the other! A great cafe within walking distance. Small centre with an IGA, and a few other shops. One really great eatery about a 6 minute drive away. Overall, a delight sit, comfortable home, easy cat, friendly neighbours, and safe area. Sit again anytime.”
