About this house sitting position in Ivanhoe
Looking for a couple or single person to look after our home and garden over the Christmas/New Year period. No children or pets please.
We live in a large old (renovated) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in leafy Ivanhoe, which is approximately 10km from Melbourne CBD. We are a short walk from the main street of Ivanhoe which has plenty of shops and cafes. We are also walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to both Ivanhoe and Eaglemont train stations. The house has airconditioning and ducted gas heating. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. We have a large garden with ornamental plants, veggies and fruit trees, and these will need tending over the Christmas/New Year period.
Duties would include:
-watering of pots and some garden plants (daily, if it is very hot weather)
- clearing away any dropped fruit from under trees
