We have almost 1 acre property in a quiet town around 20 minutes from Townsville city. Located in the northern beaches area, the beautiful local bush beaches are close by, bushland beach is a 10 minute drive, Saunders beach is 15 minutes away.

Our house has a simple & uncluttered beach decor. Tiles are cool under foot & we have several wide undercover verandas for siting & relaxing. Or grab a book, out your feet up & relax in shamrock under the shade of a tree.

This time of year our Garden will be lovely & green & there is plenty of space to run & play & also relax & reconnect with nature.

Townsville's natural beauty is incredible. There are servers swimming holes in lovely national parks. Great for doing hikes, walks & cooling off in the water. We are 35 minute drive away from crystal creek & Alligator creek, only 1 hour drive away from the gorgeous mountain of paluma.
Townsville city itself has many free swimming areas including a waterpark & Rockpool on the strand & the riverway lagoons.
It is a beautiful city for all ages people. There are also 3 peaceful botanic gardens, which we love to visit.
