Clean and comfortable, brick and tile home in quiet cul de sac, with all mod cons, air con, close to bus stop, shops, beach, drs , chemist & parks. Back facing nnw with alfresco to enjoy sun in winter but shaded in summer. Small lawn at back, no lawn at front but retic garden. NON smoking quiet Mature Couples [seniors] who are gentle with animals, only please who love a bit of gardening and keeping home clean, tidy and are security conscious. Last but not least caring for our standard poodle please.
She is 13 & like us has given up climbing mountains! So no long jogging along the sand tunes are required.

Ref and Police Clearance required.

We are in a small cul de sac so there is no room for a caravan.
