Four bedroom (3 can be used) easy care home. Same owners since 1977. Easy walk to IGA. Close to South.Point shopping complex. Easy access to Tuggeranong Parkway leading to all the wonderful Canberra places of interest like the War Memorial, Old Parliament House or Australia Museum....

“What a great home to house-sit! It was a privilege to stay in such a nice house. The cottage garden is incredible and everyday we noticed different plants and objects. We also enjoyed some fresh veges and strawberries! Margaret & Stuart also made me very welcome when I arrived and I appreciated being shown where things were located and also the plants in the garden that needed some extra care during the hot summer days. I also enjoyed the shared meal, chat and the humour. Thank you.... this was a great house-sit. I would recommend Margaret, Stuart, their home and also the goldfish who caused absolutely no trouble!
