About this house sitting position in Kangaroo Valley

Hello, my feathered and furred friends are looking for a pal to hang out with while I'm away for 3 weeks!

I have 5 birds, 1 duck and 2 cats. The house is very comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single) and 2 bathrooms. 2 aircons and fans in every room. dishwasher and washing machine. Balcony with a nice view. It's a lovely space to relax in and would be great for someone who wants to write/read/play an instrument or work from home.
The animals have pretty straightforward needs. They're all healthy.
The cats are inside only. The duck needs to be locked up at night and let out in the morning. fresh food and water, cage cleans for the birds and cleaning kitty litter. Oh and lots of love, affection and stimulating conversation haha.
