Lounge and a family room, a courtyard and garden. Many scenic lookouts close at hand. Bush walks and tourist attractions. Katoomba Aquatic Centre and gym walking distance. We have Monty our cat of 10 year old who is low maintenance and friendly and may want to sit on your lap in the evenings.
