About this house sitting position in Kensington
4 bedroom home with mezzanine floor and interesting architecture. We have two bathrooms but not ensuite. Large modern kitchen, family room, dining room and loungeroom. Also a study/ studio. We have full reticulation for front and back gardens . with some potplants on the rear porch. Most of the front garden is native and the rear has been attractively landscaped. The house has both split system and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and the bathroom has under floor heating. We have a lovely black and white cat who is well house trained.
