About this house sitting position in Kiama

3 bedrooms and rumpus, 2 bathrooms. Ocean views. Double lockup garage, nice enclosed backyard. Have small 15 and half year old female dog (Jabby) a x shitzu/chihuahua to mind . She is very timid and quiet and just wants to be in her own home and have company . Although she is old she has no health issues to date and isn’t on any medication. She dislikes other dogs so when we take her for walks we go to quiet areas - no dog parks. The backyard is enclosed with side gates and safe for her to roam at leisure but basically she is a house dog. We are in beautiful Kiama so plenty of beautiful walks and sights to see , cafes are mainly dog friendly as well. I love my garden so would just like to have someone to water it occasionally and water pot plants in the house and on the balconies.

The house is clean and modern - new kitchen and bathroom and can offer a queen size or double size bedroom for sitter.
We have Foxtel and Netflix and use of wifi and are less than a kilometre from the beach. Nearby is Jamberoo, Gerringong, Gerroa and Berry.

We would prefer a mature age lady if possible who is happy to just hang out with Jabby and be around for company. There is one flight of internal stairs.
