A home in a quiet 9-house gated complex with a lovely little yard to enjoy. We have a gorgeous labrador (6 years old) and 2 cats. One of our cats is medicated twice a day - he just has his medication with food. He has high anxiety and finds change hard but with gentle people he will trust you and even sit with you on the sofa. Our other cat while a bit scared at first is a major fluffball cuddler. Nala, our pupper, is ball obsessed people lover. She lives for beach walks and cuddles. We live in a super convenient spot 5 min drive to Avoca beach, adjacent to bus stop, and 10 mins walk from the local shops. Our house is not luxurious or fancy - but its a family home with all the mod cons and a lot of love.
