set in a very quite street 2 story 3 bedroom high set house. 3 bedrooms upstairs 1 bathroom and toilet, modern kitchen, open plan lounge, separate dinning room. downstairs has a kitchenette shower and toilet large TV and laundry. there is a large undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ and wood fired pizza area, large inground salt water swimming pool. under cover area for a medium size caravan. require someone to look after our Cocker Spaniel who get very anxious if left alone at night. dog is a house pet and is a bit spoilt. House is located 1 street from a major shopping center and 2 streets away from movie theater, clubs eateries and 5 minutes from a golf course and brothers leagues club. 5 minutes from Ross River and its wonderful walking tracks that go along both sides of the river
