About this house sitting position in Labrador

MUST BE A CAT LOVER . We live 5 mins walk to the beach and live in a 1958 -3 bedroom,1 bathroom weatherboard beach house 3 steps up then all on one level . The kitchen lounge dining has recently been renovated . The Bathroom toilet and laundry is next on the list , they are very clean just dated . We do have a shower over the bath .We have a lovely front deck overlooking the courtyard garden.There is street parking for cars and vans in front of the house .Enjoy the beautiful Broadwater , beach walks ,swim in lagoon ,enjoy the scenery, lots of restaurants around an easy 5 to 10 min walk depending on the cuisine . We have a 6 month old Selkirk Rex kitten FERGUS he needs fed morning and night , litter tray cleaning needed and loves cuddles .He is an indoor cat but in the morning ,while we are home ,we let him out on the deck wearing a harness and lead rope as we don’t want to lose him . He is as quick as a Ninja when front sliding doors open so please be wary .We also have 4 large goldfish in an outdoor pond ,that need fed morning and night , please feel free to water the garden .
