About this house sitting position in Lake Munmorah

We are going on holidays for a week and are seeking a single quiet female to look after our home and very shy 12 year old cat while we are away.
Our home is located in the northern area of the NSW Central Coast at Lake Munmorah in a small estate of modern homes with friendly, welcoming neighbors. The estate borders the national park with its pristine beaches surrounded by picturesque headlands and bushland with numerous camping and picnic spots.
Our home is a modern, air conditioned, brick veneer 4 bedroom with ensuite, two lounge areas with large screen TVs, covered outside entertaining area and swimming pool.
The lawns and gardens have a watering system that requires turning on the tap every few days depending on the weather.
Our cat is 13 years old and very timid. He prefers the company of women and as such we are seeking a single female for the sit. He needs to be given access to outside of a morning, although he will mostly just lay around indoors during the day and then kept in after dusk. He will generally only use his litter tray if it is wet or raining outside.
There is a shopping centre with Woolworths supermarket only 5 minutes drive, as well as the neighbouring small townships of Budgewoi and Toukley. A larger shopping centre can be found at Lake Haven (15 minutes) and the larger still, Tuggerah Shopping Complex is about 25 minutes away. The many shopping centres and attractions of Newcastle are an easy 30-40 minute drive to the north.
There are several clubs and pubs in the area and all provided courtesy buses if required.
There is much to see and do on the Central Coast with many attractions for visitors. Beautiful surfing beaches and an abundance of fishing spots if that’s your thing. Or just relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings of our home and neighborhood. Read more...
