About this house sitting position in Landsdale

I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, one bedroom is a spare room with a queen size bed that house sitter will sleep in.
House has a alarm system which can be turned on during the night while sitter also our 2 cats are freely walking around inside the house without triggering the alarm to go off.
We are non smokers.
We have 2 very spoilt cats that virtually have the run of the house, they are indoor cats and from sunset to sunrise they are locked in side the house and during daylight they have the choice if they want to go outside by using a cat door that is unlocked only during day light.
Our cats have their own habits of when they are fed being morning and evening also where they want to sleep in the house.
As stated above; our fur babies are part of the family and very spoilt
I also have 2 friendly pet rabbits which are free range in the back room of our house and ONLY during daylight hours they can go through a glass sliding door to go outside if they want to, their large open pen “not a hutch” is located in the back room, I do have a lady who will come to my house everyday and will clean the rabbit pen while I'm away, she has attended to this task many times over several years, when I'm away.
