About this house sitting position in LANG LANG

My partner, Kate and I (both 50+), share our modern 4 BR home in Lang Lang with an almost 16yo female Kelpie/Border Collie X (Lizzie), a 11 yo female Jack Russell X (Mistie), 1Turquoise parrot ( Peach). The 2 dogs do not get on very well so are separated in the backyard. The Jack Russell, Mistie, can spend nights in the laundry. Lizzie is an outside dog but if the weather is rough and stormy she can be put into the garage.
The house sitter/s will be required to feed and water the animals. Lizzie has noticably slowed down recently and is hard of hearing. In her senior years she is not accepting of everyone, so it would be advantageous to do a "meet and greet" prior to accepting the house sit. The vege patch should not require too much attention, maybe some water on occasion and the lawn may need mowing.
There is off street parking and vehicle access to backyard.
You will have the use of all the amenites in the house, , nbn and are most welcome to utilise any fresh produce during your stay.
From Lang Lang it is approx a 30 minute drive to Phillip Island.
