About this house sitting position in LEEMING

We are looking for the right person/couple to look after our very comfortable 4-bedroom family home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible, making bus and train ride into the Perth CBD simple.

We have 2 lovely indoor cats; one is quite shy until he gets to know you, and the other is a bit of a food thief who will tell you he's not on a diet. Don't believe him.

Our old Staffie pretends to be much younger than he is, and loves a short daily walk plus any affection that's going. He has daily medication hidden in a treat at breakfast time.

We have reverse cycle airconditioning, NBN wifi, and smart-tv with Netflix & Stan.

Our modern and comfortable home features a gourmet kitchen.

Apart from looking after the pets, there is watering of pots and hanging baskets to be done. You can harvest produce from our raised vegie beds. The bulk of the garden is watered from the auto retic system.

You will see that we leave our house tidy and clean, and hence we ask that it be kept the same way, and cleaned at the end of your stay. We point that out only because of a previous experience.
