About this house sitting position in Little Mountain

OK unusual request here. I have had surgery and can't be on my feet for a lengthy period. My daughter has flown interstate but needs to return to work im 21st June. So my request is house sit with me convalescencing in a 2 story townhouse which I cannot venture up stairs. Take care of my needy dog and keep house in clean order. Dog requires walking or play at dog Park and be feed and when your home she likes attention. Now I will have a house cleaner to do the cleaning but you will need to tidy and maybe do an odd job like hang out a small load of washing. I've also just moved in so place not in complete order and if you would like to earn some cash happy to pay for extra type jobs. Im only interested in mature woman, non smoking/drinking who is quiet, clean and orderly. I can mostly sort myself but I can't walk, feed and play with my girl. Thanks for reading.
