About this house sitting position in Lower Barrington

We have a 3 bedroom house on just under 2 acres overlooking a rural landscape. Our home is very private, quiet and comfortable. It is setback off a sealed road. Our kitchen, bathroom and sunroom have been recently refurbished. We would prefer a couple who don’t mind the Autumn and Winter months in Tasmania. We have an extensive landscaped garden. A near new ride on mower is on site for lawn care. We have 2 small, precious dogs (aged 8 & 10) who live inside and out, giving lots of love and loyalty. We are located less than 10 mins. from Sheffield (The Town of Murals) and approx. 15 mins. from Devonport where Coles, K-Mart, Woolworths and more are located. We have a very reliable Nbn service and associated wifi. The photos are taken from our rear bbq deck.
