About this house sitting position in Lugarno

Hi, we have a large home in a leafy area of Sydney with a pool that is diagonal to a small park and has a bus stop. The area is 30-40 mins from the Sydney CBD. The house is multilevel so would only suit someone who can easily climb stairs. We also have two indoor/outdoor cats who don't get along and need to be fed separately. No pets, children or caravans please (the road is steep and unsuitable for same). There is all day parking available on street, a pool and bbq. We provide free wifi, utilities and lodging. A bedroom will be available for your use with a queen bed/linens provided. Strictly no parties, a few friends over is fine. There is a nice thai restaurant and wine bar around the corner and a seafood restaurant at the end of the road next to the river. There are other cafes and pizza places up the road (about 1.5 km walk) and supermarket. There are lots of nice nature/bush walks locally . The bus goes to Hurstville where you can connect with trains. No money required to change hands. In return we would like the housesitters to clean up after themselves, feed the 2 x cats (will leave the catfood) and maintain the pool (15 mins or so every 2nd day). We also require the successful applicant to have police references, housesitting references that we can phone and to come over for a quick handover before we go away.
