About this house sitting position in Maldon

Rural. 5acres. Half hour to Campbelltown. 5 mins to Picton.
House -2 bedroom. Private bedroom and bathroom.
Have 2 horses, a miniature and a Clydesdale cross. A Dobermans and a cat. All outdoors.
Cat - Chilli just needs dry food kept topped up in the pet room at the back of the house as he will probably not come to you for a feed, and even if he does, he won't eat much of it.
Asha - Doberman gets small feed in the morning and a few treats and a dry, then wet feed in the evening with more treats. Asha would be happy to have her coat on if the night gets colder than 17 degrees.
Horses - Sebasatian the miniture - gets locked in his yard overnight for protection against other animals but if he's eaten his dinner and you prefer, he can stay in the front paddock with Claude the Clydesdale as that is a dog proof paddock. Sebastian is very affectionate and loves kisses.
Claude the Clydesdale - he gets fed in the stable. He's very fearful but gentle. If he's not scared he won't hurt you. Most people are intimidated by his size but he's very kind but very suspicious. Never force him to do anything or yell or hit him.
Both gets carrots in the morning just to see that they are ok, and a wet feed at night.
It's quite easy. No rugging.
Have not added a photo of the bedroom as it needs to be emptied out first but is ready to go after that.
Would love if you were available the night prior to go over feeding but morning early as will need to leave by lunch time
Great views. Have a tenant in a granny flat on property, but not fit enough to take care of pets anymore but will help with advice, etc.
