About this house sitting position in Malmsbury

We are looking for a housesitter for 11 days in the village of Malmsbury in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. We have a very energetic border collie/poodle cross dog who needs lots of walks and play. We also have a friendly cat and a rabbit who need looking after (and yes, all three animals get along!)

We live in a cosy cottage which has been renovated and is clean, tidy and light-filled. We have high-speed internet, a lovely low-maintenance garden, and walking trails nearby. We are a five-minute walk from Malmsbury's main street, which has a restaurant, post office/general store, bakery, pub and various quirky cafes/shops. The beautiful botanical gardens are also nearby.

The train station is on the Bendigo line and is also walkable. The closest bigger town with supermarkets etc is Kyneton, about a 10-minute drive - groceries at the Malmsbury general store are limited. Bendigo is a 45-minute drive. The Macedon Ranges are a beautiful part of Victoria with many villages, towns, bushwalks, wineries etc to explore.
