About this house sitting position in Malvern East

I am currently looking for someone during Christmas break from around the 21st December to Jan 2nd or a little longer. Can be discussed . I have a Nice one bedroom old Victorian home. Very comfortable.
I am a very tidy person and I live in a quiet street because I work from home . I have one adorable, loving and well behaved cat named Mia that needs love and attention while I am away on work trips. She is a Russian Blue X very intelligent . Very disciplined and likes routine, Someone that works part time or works from home would be better suited to house sit.
If it is ok I would like all ID info , police check, drivers license, medicare, birth certificate or passport. Thank you.
