About this house sitting position in McCrae

Newly renovated beach house directly opposite McCrae beach. Large guest bedroom king size bed with ensuite. There is a very small garden. Large outdoor deck with pot plants. Looking after one Burmese cat 8 years old. We are retired but go away regularly from one week to up to a month at a time over the summer and warmer months weather permitting. Our perfect house sitter would be someone available at short notice and flexible with length of time sitting.
