Beautiful modern garden apartment in the tree lined suburb of Melville. 3 beds 2 bath. quiet elegant and peaceful surrounds. Close to shopping centres, beaches and cafes. I have a senior cat, Miss Rogers who is an absolute charmer. She will go out into the front garden but not disappear. There are no apartments either side of me, just 2 above that create a roof for my patio. This is a small boutique apartment. I'm looking for a cat lover who will also ensure my garden is maintained.
