About this house sitting position in Mile End

Our place is literally one mile from Adelaide CBD & only a 15-20 minute bus ride or bike ride. Also very close to the airport and Henley Beach.
Available 15 September 2014 to 5 October 2014.
Recently renovated 3 bedroom character house, large open-plan kitchen/living area, large garden with fruit trees.
House sitter MUST be a pet lover and willing to look after a dog who loves company & walks, as well as easy-to-look-after cat (strictly indoor only), fish, yabbies, chooks, quails & finches (you are welcome to the fresh chook & quail eggs!) We'd also like you to collect the mail for us and possibly mow the lawn. The rest of the garden should look after itself.
No pets sorry (there's enough already!) :)
