About this house sitting position in Mirboo North

Lovely Home in Mirboo North, on a no through street with farmland behind very quiet but still just a short walk (15 min) into town. Mirboo North is a great place to visit- lots of nature walks nearby- Lyre-bird walk and the rail trail are stand outs - walk or ride to Boolarra is also possible. Baromi Park is nice for a stroll in town or a spot for a take-away coffee. If into food or drinks Lamezleighs cafe and Grand Ridge Brewery are great as is Travellers Rest Hotel (in Thorpdale). Otherwise all that South Gippsland has to offer are just short drives away places like Meeniyan and Fish Creek are great to visit for meal. Walkerville South beach is a delight also. The House has great view/outlook and an established. rambling garden with outdoor seating for two if the sun is out. Home is basic but cosy and bright, 2 furnished bedrooms, third is an office/sewing/storage room. Two loos,1 bathroom. Reverse Cycle Air Con and a wood fire if prefer. Unfortunately no easy parking for a Caravan (possibly a smaller van could work) and the site/block is quite steep so not greatly suited if you have mobility issues. Public Transport is very limited- you will need a car to get here and get around.

Murray is our young indoor cat. He enjoys his cat-run/enclosure on a sunny day and at least 2-3 decent play times a day- around 15-20 mins each morning and night- but always welcomes more! 3-4 meals a day- but have an auto-feeder if you are out at a meal time. Likes to be where the humans are and is affectionate when wants a pat, very very occasionally likes lap naps.
