About this house sitting position in Mitchelton

Hi, we are going overseas for nearly 3 months and need someone (or a couple) to look after our house and our two pets for us. The dog is a lovely beagle, she's 10 years old, and is fairly easy to look after. The cat is a 2 years old ragdoll, indoor/outdoor and being a ragdoll he is a fairly lazy cat.
The house is newly renovated and located on 640 m2 of land in a calm and quiet street. The house is located 7kms away from the CBD. We are located 15 minutes walk to both the mitchelton and the gaythorne train station. There are also a few bus stops going to the city not far from our house. Brookside Shopping center is close by, also 15 minutes walk. Lovely house and great pets. We would therefore love to find someone trustworthy for those three months.
