About this house sitting position in Moe

Care of cat and dog. Dog is ok with being outside all the time however she is allowed inside if carer wishes (she is a well-being dog for a school but has a lot of energy especially around adults). Cat is an indoor cat only, over affectionate and will want to sleep on the bed with you but can be locked out of bedroom if preferred.

Location is in the middle of the town and is walking distance (2-5 mins) to all major supermarkets and food outlets, restaurants and cafes. Train station is a 5 minute walk away.

House is a 2 bedroom attached flat with private backyard.
Usual conveniences, all in one bathroom (shower only) and toilet. Small kitchen with electric stove and oven, easy to use dishwasher. Laundry is a self contained laundry outside with washing machine and dryer( there is a clothesline outside and clothes horse inside).
House has lots of indooor plants but they require little to no care.
Smart TV, wifi, Nintendo switch, many board games.
