About this house sitting position in Morphettville Adelaide

We are a retired couple with a darling kitten, and we all live in a three bedroom home which has a cottage garden and loads of potplants, in a quiet estate-style area. The plants and gardens require watering every day in the hot weather and not as much of course when weather is cooler or wet.
We are non-smokers and prefer our guests to be also. Our cat loves to be part of our lives. He is an energetic kitten, (first birthday in January) and he is deaf, cheeky and sometimes a bit naughty. Therefore in addition to the usual looking after ie feeding, watering, litter box cleaning and patting and loving attention, he sometimes needs some gentle guidance about house etiquette eg. not to jump up on the table etc. We prefer leaving him with someone who truly cares for cats.
We have artificial lawn, off-street parking for one car, wi-fi, all mod cons including reverse cycle air-con for heating and cooling etc.
We are close to public transport, Westfield Marion Shopping Centre and the city. Our housesitters have told us that they are very comfortable when they stay here.
We would love to hear from a responsible and cat loving housesitter who is comfortable living in a quiet area. A person who is reliable and trustworthy, clean and tidy, has references/checks in place and is willing to spend most of their time at home while we are away.
