About this house sitting position in Mosman

We are looking for a retired lady or retired couple only (over 55 and non-smokers, please) to look after our 4yr old dog (Cockalier) and waterfront property in Mosman. Our main aim is to provide care and companionship for our pet as she is used to having us at home and would a bit of separation anxiety if left alone for more than a few hours,. So this sit would only be suitable for someone who spends a lot of their time in & around the home!
Must be able to meet in Sydney in April so no overseas applications please.
We've been lucky to have some wonderful repeat sitters over the years as we travel regularly, and we use a fairly standard House Sit Agreement to detail the various inclusions & responsibilities to make life easier for both parties.
