About this house sitting position in Mount Rankin
Hi, we have a clean modern colonial style house on 12 quiet acres just 15 minutes from the heart of Bathurst. We are looking for preferably, a retired couple or person ( definitely non smokers ) to live in our house while we go away in July for 3 weeks. There will be gardens to water that are mainly on a sprinkler system, our indoor cat to feed and 4 chooks to feed. We also put out seed daily for all the wild birds that come to the bush around our house. If it rains, there may be a small piece of lawn to mow.We are in a quiet, secluded spot close to parks and all the facilities that bustling Bathurst offers.
