About this house sitting position in Mount Warren Park

Hello!

I have a 4bedroom 2 bathroom plus study home in Mount Warren Park which is located halfway between Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast (approx 30mins each way). There is plenty of secure off street parking (enough space for a caravan).

I'm looking for a house/pet sitter whilst I'm overseas to look after my two 5 year old's - a golden retriever and her boss the cat, as well as a couple of gold fish. I will also have a 18 month old miniature female Groodle.

They are inside / outside animals who sleep inside at night and are fully house trained, friendly and like cuddles.

There is a shopping center just around the corner including doctors surgery, the train station is 2 minutes away and has easy access to the highway.

As I'm looking for someone during winter, the property maintenance is relatively low. If you are able to mow the lawn if needed that'd be great.

The garden will need some watering.

It is a non smoking property and recent police check is requested.
