About this house sitting position in MOUNTAIN CREEK

Hi there! We live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in leafy Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast, 2 minutes' walk to a beautiful lake, 10 minutes drive or bike ride to Mooloolaba beach, and with a plunge-pool. We have two friendly cats. Walking distance to ALDI and other shops.

We're looking for a house-sitter who is open to taking care of the cats (feeding, changing litter, etc.) and to look after our home while we're away.

The house also comes with:
* Unlimited NBN wireless internet
* Pool
* 8 minutes' drive to major shopping center at Kawana Shopping world
* 5 minutes' walk to ALDI, general store (milk, basic veggies etc.), bottle shop, pub and two cafés.
* Air conditioning.
* Well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, nutribullet etc. (feel free to use)
* Office nook if you would like to use it
* You will have your own bedroom + bathroom.

Note you will be best off with a car, there is public transport (buses) but it's generally quite slow and a bit unreliable. Will be more enjoyable if you have a car.

We would ask that you please feed our cats and change litter trays, and water the garden every couple of days (takes 1-15 minutes, it is relatively small, not a huge garden).

Car can be parked in the driveway.
