About this house sitting position in Mountain Creek

We have a single storey house with 4 bedrooms and a pool located 3.5km from Mooloolaba beach! We would like someone who will keep the house in order, deal with the mail and bins and make sure our garden and pot plants don't die!

We also have a 180 litre seawater fish tank containing clown fish and sea horses which need daily feeding. Please let us know if you are familiar with marine animal care.

We are heading away for 5 days from Monday 15MAR21 and returning on Saturday 20MAR21.

Quiet neighbourhood, nice neighbours! Small shopping centre just 1.5km away - Woolies ,café, butcher, bakery, chemist, bargain shop, etc. Close to Sunshine Motorway for easy access to all coastal areas.

Expectations:
1) Keep pot plants alive with watering
2) Maintain marine water tank (this should just be feeding and changing a filter sock - full instructions will be left)
3) Wash all linen and towels before departing
4) Collect mail (if any)
5) Bins go out Wednesday night for early Thursday collection
6) Air con usage fine, but please keep doors closed in the room being conditioned (power saving)
