4 bedroom home , quiet area quiet neighbours , excellent bike track near by , street from the beach , near causeway lake good fishing bbq places here , 10 mins drive to town has 2 bathrooms and big fenced yard and 1 well behaved staffy and some goldfish to be looked after , references are a must as well as a current police check and would like to meet in person beforehand for a cuppa b4 a decision is made cheers
