About this house sitting position in Mullaloo

We have a two story home, with balcony views of the ocean. Also a pool for the hot summer.
Main bedroom upstairs, but also second bedroom available downstairs.
Most importantly we have a 16yo male cat - Kitty. Somedays he likes a fair amount of attention... other days he'll just sleep around the garden and garage... but so long as he's fed, he's happy. He's not too friendly with other animals - or small kids for that matter... but he really is a sweetheart.
We just want someone to keep the house going in our absence... maybe a little bit of garden watering... but really just so that kitty has someone around.
