About this house sitting position in Murarrie

Position is no longer available to a house sitter .
The main house is split level and completely separate to your accommodation. We are about 9 ks from the Brisbane CBD . The sitter accommodation looks out onto a
lovely rain forest style garden.
We are on a mid sized block of land in a safe neighbourhood close to everything including public transport . The flat that will be yours has a small but full sized, tiled bathroom. Sorry , only the bare essentials for cooking as it is a typical studio . It has a separate king single bed in the bedroom .
It has a large size bar fridge , microwave, toaster , kettle , rice cooker, cutlery and crockery. Laminate flooring throughout tub chair , table and chairs . Floor Fan . Hanging racks , desk . Outside garden chairs. It is spotless . No TV in the flat but the antenna is available . Our no slope drive way is large enough to accommodate a caravan or motorhome plus vehicle if you have those BUT you can only park there after we leave . No children or pets are allowed on the premises I am sorry to say , as we have a large fish pond and lots of wild birds . We will require you to sweep up the smallish concrete areas around the house and front porch of house - at least twice a week - and keep place looking cared for . A bit of mowing is required sometimes when we are away .
We need you to make sure that our sprinkler system has not failed on us or is leaking and few pots will need to be checked and watered as requIred . You will pay $15 per week for your electricity and water during your stay . There are no pets to care for . ( the flat is beneath the main house ) BYO Internet . We are a short bus or train ride to the Brisbane CBD , Southbank Water Park and entertainment precinct . It is not far to Wynnum foreshore . Clubs , shopping centre , gyms , swimming pools , parks - are all a minimal walk away. To apply , you will need checkable references and two forms of photo ID ( copies to us)
Age is no issue, BUT honesty and references and the strength and ability to do a little gardening is essential . . Photos of our flat can be sent to you if you apply. cigs . No guests (other than you ) can stay here while we are away . Active smoke detector .
