About this house sitting position in Murrumba Downs

Hello,
We are looking for a non smoker, caring and reliable person. Single person preferred but we will consider couples. Our home is a 3 bedroom with an office. There is a designated room is provided with a comfortable bed and linen. We request that other people ie. friends or family of the house sitter do not visit in our home due to issues previously experienced.
We do not have any pets to be cared for.
However, we would like someone who enjoys plants and the garden to water our potted plants every second day and also water and mow the yard when needed.
We are very security conscious and look for this in any house sitter.
We do have family near by who can help with any questions or concerns if necessary.
