Small 3 bedroom home. 1 bathroom. Large garden mainly grassed.
I have been rennovating for afew years now and still not finished. However house feels spacious. Ideal for retired couple or family with 1 child.
We have a friendly Maremma who will need to be cared for. She is very friendly and has minimum needs. She just likes being around people! Garden is fully fenced and secure. Plenty of parking. Car port. 2 outhouses. House has sceptic, grey water, solar, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc etc.
We are 15 min drive from beautiful Bribie Island, 5 min drive from Goodwin Beach. Bus stops 2 minute walk. 20 min drive to Caboolture. 40 minutes from Sunshine Coast. 50mins from Brisbane.
