3 x 2 villa in Nollamara. Close to shops and public transport. Only 10kms from the city, 10 mins from the beach, or 15 mins from Swan Valley.
Off street parking (garage), wifi, air conditioning, low maintenance house.
I have a 10 year old English Staffy (Pepper) to care for - she is an inside dog when I am home. Although 10 she still has a bit of energy - a daily walk will keep her happy. She loves... and loves to be loved (as all staffies do).
I have a number of plants out the back that will require watering every second day - the plants out the front are fully reticulated so nothing needing doing there.
