About this house sitting position in Nollamara

Hello, we are looking for house sitters who love dogs. We have two dogs, 14 years old Pippa & 7 years old Tim. They are very well behaved, indoor dogs and love to be around people. We also have 3 birds, Rollie, the galah, & 2 weiros Coco & Billy. All except Coco are rescued.

Pippa is 13 yrs old Kelpie X Staffy who will follow you everywhere. She is around 18 Kg. She is not good with other female dogs. She is a bit deaf, has cataract and arthritis. But all is managed well and she is pretty active. Tim is Mastiff X and is 35 Kg but timid & sook like anything. Pippa walks good on leash but Tim being the follower of Pippa sometimes will pull you to be at the same pace with Pippa. We take them to walk when its dark so that theres less dogs and they dont get too excited.

With the birds, we just change food & water once a day. They live in Sunroom. If its too cold we put Coco & Billy's cage in the laundry for the night.

Our house is on the main road. All the shopping centres r in 5-10min far, beach is 15mins and so is city. Our boundary is all fenced up and has 1.8mtr wall in front with gate. We always keep the main gate shut. The house is alarmed. We have a big backyard. As it will be winter, mowing once in 3 weeks might be required.
