About this house sitting position in north lambton

Two bedroom villa, with small back yard , good size for a person, general house cleaning keeping everything clean and tidy, Have mashing machine and all cleaning products, to keep house claen while away! keep shoes off in house and garden and plants watered if need be. Please collect mail .All internet and tv has streaming Netflix and Stan Disney. Quite street and has drive way parking, near jesmond shopping centre 15 walk or 5mins drive and 10mins drive to central Newcastle ( Cat will need feed twice a day, empty his kitty litter tray and he like play and have company, please dont let him out side the house run away. He is friendly cat still qite young 2 years old so playfull side to him
I prefer no strangers staying in house or parties.
10 min drive to beach . and nice area of Newcastle, lambton park and pool close by. ( rather no red meat cooked in house)
