About this house sitting position in NORTH ROTHBURY
We are located in the Hunter Valley 10- 15 mins from the wineries and 40 mins to Newcastle city, beaches etc. we are also 40 mins to beautiful Lake St Clair.
Our home is 4 years old. 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom , double garage. We are on an average size block. We require the home to be kept clean and tidy and looked after and the garden maintained. The lawn wont require much upkeep in the winter months.
There is room for a van or motor home as we have good side access.
